What’s the one thing you can do right now, in order to create more time in your day? Start saying ‘No’! It is so freeing and it will give you a sense of confidence that you have control over your schedule. Before you can know what to say ‘no’ to, you have to know what your priorities and goals are. The idea is that you say ‘no’ to make time for the things that are aligned with those.

Time is our most valuable asset. It is up to us to prioritize how we use it. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. How often do we say, ‘I didn’t have time’ to do something? Really, we didn’t take the time or make something a priority. And that’s okay. We all get to choose how we spend our time. If it matters enough to you, you will make the time. If not, you won’t.
Many times we say ‘yes’ even when we don’t want to, and let someone else set our priorities for us. This is a recipe for overwhelm. Becoming clear on what our values are and what we are working towards helps us to identify how we want to spend our time.
