For more than 20 years, Peri Shawn has been teaching and coaching leaders about the neuroscience of leadership and business growth.  She loves coaching female executives to unleash their true leadership potential.

Peri is an award-winning business author, and you may have read some of her articles in SellingPower, Salesforce.com, Entrepreneur, Sales and Marketing Management Magazine, Inc., National Post, and Forbes. 

As part of her ongoing research, she has developed proprietary tools that demonstrate how trust affects performance, management, and client experience. Her personal research includes scouring the fields of neuroscience, business, social science, and education.

Peri’s company, the Coaching and Sales Institute, has worked with such teams as KPMG, GE, Hallmark, AT&T, Direct Energy, Bell, the Royal Bank of Canada, and Rogers. 

Peri has always been interested in performance, and what causes some people to do better than others.  

Peri has coached Corporate sales teams and leaders to double their sales by asking questions.  

Peri coaches leaders to understand who they are authentically, and then how they can show up being true to that in the workplace.

She challenges you to define what your highest priorities are as an individual.  What can you do within your organization to leverage that?  Engage in the activities of what you want to be.  Don’t wait until you get there to ‘step in’ to the role.
