Dr. Caroline Iscovitz is a Doctor of Psychology with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy and now is a female entrepreneur coach. For almost a decade, she has empowered women in the mental health field and now through coaching. She has a true passion for guiding & supporting women entrepreneurs that are overwhelmed from balancing their career and/or business, their family, & their health to be in control of the decisions they make, the relationships they nurture, & most of all taking care of themselves without guilt.
As a former people pleaser, Caroline is hyper aware of the boundaries that we need to set for ourselves and others. Creating boundaries in both our personal lives and business creates space and time for the things that matter most.
People want to know their boundaries. And giving someone boundaries gives them permission to set their own boundaries. Vocalize and communicate clearly what your boundaries are.
If vocalizing your boundaries is hard, try writing them down first. It’s so important to be clear on what they are, and take the steps to communicate them.
Tune in to hear more ideas on how to practice implementing your boundaries! If you are a fellow recovering people pleaser, you’ll want to join us 😉
